Ordering Online

It's easy to place your order online, just add items to your Shopping Cart and follow a few simple steps to complete your order:

  • Double check and review the items in your Shopping Cart;
  • Fill out your shipping and billing information;
  • Confirm and place your order using your credit card or PayPal information;
  • You will receive an email receipt with your order confirmation number, and then another email soon after we ship your order.

Ordering by Mail

To order by Mail:

  • Download the Order Form here;
  • Print the form, select your items, and fill out the form completely;
  • Please write clearly;
  • Send the form with payment to the address listed on the form;
  • We accept U.S. checks and money orders;
  • For faster service, pay with a money order. We do not ship until all checks and money orders clear.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are prepared, packed, and shipped from our warehouse located in the U.S. Pacific Time (PT) time zone.

  • Online orders usually ship within one business day of your order. Our business days are Monday through Friday.
  • Orders received before 10:30am U.S. Central Time with expedited shipping selected will ship the same day.
  • Orders received after 10:30am U.S. Central Time with expedited shipping selected will ship the next business day.
  • Please take this into consideration when choosing expedited shipping, such as UPS NEXT DAY AIR, SECOND DAY AIR day, and THREE DAY SELECT options.

  • Most items arrive within five business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email if you choose UPS Ground. Business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include holidays.

  • USPS Shipping

  • Please note that we typically use USPS First Class shipping.

  • For shipment to countries outside North America, after entering items in the shopping cart you can get a shipping quote from the shopping cart page, or from the checkout page prior to placing your order.
  • USPS First Class Package International Service is often the less expensive option when shipping internationally, but there is no advanced tracking information available and we cannot be responsible for advising you in advance of shipping times or potential customs and duties fees.
  • Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, and delivering them to you.

Replacements and Returns

Replacements: At Tudor Games, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any mistakes or damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Returns: We can accept unused, undamaged, complete products that were purchased from us directly for a refund if we receive your return within 60 days of your original date of purchase. You must include your original Tudor Games packing slip inside, and write your original order number clearly on the outside of the package in the following format: "RMA: (your original Order number)". Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, or other protective packaging. Make sure no old tracking labels are showing on your return package. Return it using either UPS, FedEx, or USPS at your expense. We do not pay shipping for returned items. Send your return to: Tudor Games Returns, 6852 S. 224th St., Building B, Kent, WA 98032. For the U.S. Postal Service, give it to your mail deliverer, drop it off at your nearest post office, or schedule a free at-home pick-up. For UPS or FedEx, take it to your nearest parcel shipping location. Write down your tracking number for future reference. Once your return is received, inspected, processed, and found in the condition referenced above we will refund the original purchase price of the item(s) returned.
